Please read our General Terms & Conditions and our Delivery Terms & Conditions before proceeding to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

To order, simply browse through our collection and when you have made your selection, contact us via one the following ways:

1. THE OLIVE 3 eSTORE:

Browse The Olive 3 eStore, and when you’ve selected your product, simply click the “Buy Now” button, and check out.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

                          • Your Recipient’s Name & Contact No.
                          • Delivery/ Shipping address
                          • Delivery date & Time
                          • Sender’s Name, Contact No. & E-mail
                          • Sender’s Address
                          • Your Message

For your convenience, you can choose to sign up as a member or log-in (if you have already registered) to process your order. All registered members will enjoy special benefits and the convenience of tracking their orders. Upon receiving your order, we will call you by phone to reconfirm your delivery details.

Payment options include: VISA, MASTERCARD, Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery & Cheque (for corporate orders only). Company orders will be billed to the company for payment within a 14-day settlement term effective from date of invoice.

If you are ordering our Surprise Delivery service, please contact us at (65) 9843-0800 to check availability of our musician at your desired date and time before proceeding to checkout.

All orders received will be reconfirmed via phone. Please contact us at (65) 9843-0800 if you do not get a reply from us within the same day.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment by VISA & MASTERCARD. Cheque is accepted for corporate orders only. Company orders will be billed to the company for payment within a 14-day settlement term effective from date of invoice.

Cheques should be crossed and made payable to: “THE OLIVE 3 (S) PTE LTD” and mailed to: Blk 3013, Bedok Industrial Park E, #04-2084, Singapore 489979.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Kindly note that delivery is within SINGAPORE only. We do not deliver to the following areas in Singapore: Jurong Island, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road, all Army camps, PSA Ports and Sembawang Shipyard. For deliveries to Sentosa Island, there is a delivery surcharge of S$12.

REGULAR DELIVERY SERVICE (NORMAL DAYS) [FREE ON WEEKDAYS, SAT MORNINGS]:

Our Regular Delivery schedule:

(For Sunday delivery, orders must be placed by Friday, 3pm latest)
Public Holidays: No delivery

*Last order on weekdays for delivery within the same day or the next morning should be made by 3pm. Last order on Saturdays for delivery within the same day should be made by 10am. Orders made after 10am on Saturday will be delivered by the following Monday earliest.

    • Deliveries on Sundays are subject to a $20 surcharge.
    • We do not do deliveries on Public Holidays.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable. We do not accept cancellations for Valentine’s Day orders..
    • Once an order is processed and or delivered, there will be no refunds for payment made for the gift or service. Refunds will be given only at the discretion of the company management, on a case-by-case basis.
    • Regular delivery to any one location is free but should there be any changes in delivery address after the gift is delivered to the address originally provided, there will be a re-direction charge of $20.
    • We reserve the right to replace any item or flower with another of equivalent value depending on availability.

SURPRISE DELIVERY SERVICE (NORMAL DAYS)

Our Surprise Delivery regular schedule:
(Listed rates are applicable for delivery on regular weekdays/ weekends only)

Sunday & Public Holidays: A $20 surcharge applies for deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays, and $50 surcharge for eve of and on public holidays and special festive/ special occasions such as Valentine’s/ Mother’s Day.
  • To be eligible for purchase of the Solo Surprise Delivery service, customers must first purchase a gift from The Olive 3. This is not required for Duet and Trio Surprise Delivery services which come with a free stalk of rose.
  • Orders for Surprise Delivery Service must be made at least 3 days in advance. A S$20 fee will be imposed for same-day delivery (availability is subject to our musician’s schedule).
  • For our Surprise Delivery services, the sender will need to ensure that the recipient is present at the designated location at the scheduled delivery time slot. Due to pre-arranged bookings and tight schedules, our musician(s) will only wait a maximum of 15 minutes.
  • Song Performance/ Dedication. The sender has to choose a song from our repertoire, which will be updated from time to time. We will make every effort to perform your requested song. However, we cannot guarantee that our musician will be able to play the entire song due to unforeseen circumstances concerning the recipient such as time constraints, company regulations, recipient’s request, etc.
  • In the event that the recipient rejects the Surprise Delivery or is not present to receive the delivery, there will be no refund.
  • We will try our best to provide a musician of your choice but in the event that he/ she is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a musical performance with another of similar value.
  • Delivery Commitment: While we will do our best to deliver the surprise at the specific requested time (following our delivery schedules), we cannot guarantee that this will always happen due to unforeseen circumstances that are not within our control such as traffic jams, difficulty in gaining access to recipient, inability to locate delivery destination due to insufficient information provided, unexpected security checks at recipient’s premises, etc. We will however strive to deliver the service within 30 minutes of your requested time slot.
  • Surprise Deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays are subject to a $20 surcharge. A surcharge of S$50.00 is applicable for delivery on the Eve of Public Holidays, and certain festive/ special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable.

VALENTINE’S DAY REGULAR DELIVERY SERVICE [13 – 14 February 2017]:

    • Price includes free delivery on 13 – 14 February 2017 (until 6pm). Deliveries after 6pm on 14 February 2017 are subject to a $20 surcharge.
    • No cancellations accepted upon confirmation.
    • Once an order is processed and or delivered, there will be no refunds for payment made for the gift or service.
    • Should there be any changes in delivery address after the gift is delivered to the address originally provided, there will be a re-direction charge of $12.
    • We reserve the right to replace any item or flower with another of equivalent value depending on availability.

VALENTINE’S DAY SURPRISE MUSIC DELIVERY SERVICE (13 – 14 February ’17):

Surprise Delivery schedule for 13 – 14 February 2017:

Choose from two timeslots:
Morning slot: 10am – 12pm No additional delivery surcharge
Afternoon slot: 12pm – 4pm No additional delivery surcharge
Evening slot: 4pm – 6pm No additional delivery surcharge

*Surcharge of $20 applies to deliveries after 6pm.

          • Price includes free greeting card, and a digital photo taken of the recipient with Musician and the gift.
          • Surprise Delivery will include performance of up to 2 songs chosen from our Love Repertoire by a solo musician (Guitarist-Singer).
          • We will try our best to provide a musician of your choice but in the event that he/ she is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a musical performance with another of similar value.
          • Delivery will be between 10am – 6pm (13 – 14 Feb). Sender can choose their preferred timeslot. We will inform the Sender about the allocated timeslot 3 days before delivery.
          • Sender will need to ensure that the Recipient is present at the designated location at the scheduled delivery time slot. In the event that the recipient is not available, our Musician will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after which if the recipient still does not show up, the gift will be left with the receptionist (office delivery) or a neighbour / security guard post (home delivery). A call will be made to update the Sender or recipient about the delivery.
          • We cannot guarantee that our musician will be able to play the entire song due to unforeseen circumstances concerning the recipient such as time constraints, company regulations, recipient’s request, etc
          • In the event that the recipient rejects the Surprise Delivery or is not present to receive the delivery, there will be no refund.
          • Delivery Commitment: While we will do our best to deliver the surprise at the specific requested time (following our delivery schedules), we cannot guarantee that this will always happen due to unforeseen circumstances that are not within our control such as traffic jams, difficulty in gaining access to recipient, inability to locate delivery destination due to insufficient information provided, unexpected security checks at recipient’s premises, etc. We will however strive to deliver the service within 30 minutes of your requested time slot.
          • Delivery timeslots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis so do place your orders early to avoid disappointment.
          • A cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price will be levied on orders cancelled at least 3 days after confirmation.
